Please go through the DSA exercise letter with your parents and read through the PSLE Instructions Booklets like what I had just done. Keep your parents in the loop.
I will need your parent's autograph on the yellow form (Acknowledgement form) and on the PSLE Instructions Booklet. Please return the yellow form on Friday, 15th of May 2009.
DO NOT LOSE THE PSLE INSTRUCTIONS BOOKLET.
