Bring Thermometers to School from Term 3, Week One

Dear 6B,

The H1N1 situation is still a cause for concern. To date, there are 365 cases and Pulau Tekong Camp is another source for the new cluster of H1N1.

NO SCHOOL CLOSURE

Dear 6B,

I received some emails from some of you. Hence, just to confirm what MOE released today, there will be no school closure.

As such, I expect to see most of you in school on 29th of June with all homework done! Yeah... :)

Before seeing you on next Monday, I will need the following information from you. Quite URGENT...

  • Did you travel during the holidays? (Even if it is to Malaysia)
  • If you did, where did you go?
  • When did you return to Singapore?

Please email me the information at reginia.loh@gmail.com or sms/call me to supply me with the information. The school is collating these information for submission to MOE.

Please quarantine yourself for seven days if you have been to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Panama, Philippines, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom and United States of America.

CANCELLATION OF PSLE BOOSTER AND ALL SCHOOL ACTIVITIES FROM 22nd to 26th June 2009

Dear 6B,

In view of the current H1N1 situation, please be informed that PSLE Booster will be cancelled and all other school activities (CCA, remedials etc) will be cancelled as well.

If you have any queries, you can email me, call me or sms me if you have my handphone number.

Please exercise vigilance during this period as all of us have a part in preventing the further spread of H1N1.

You are advised not to come to school for seven days if you have returned from the following states: USA, Mexico, Canada, Australia, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom (includes Ireland and N. Ireland), Chile, Panama,Argentina, Thailand, Philippines and Dominican Republic. (From my understanding, there isn't any students from our class... but if you did travel to these places, do let me know.)
